We appreciate the past support of the association in 2023.  143 of the 210 neighborhood residents joined the association in 2023. Hopefully, all of you will join the association in 2024.  Your board recommended and approved a budget for 2024 as follows.

The cost of snow removal averages around $3,500/year. We do maintain a reserve balance for more significant than average snowfall. Security cameras were installed at the entrances of our neighborhood in 2019. The cameras record all vehicles entering Avalon Hills, specifically the license plate number. If an event occurs (i.e., home invasion or other concern), we can scan the database for the previous 30 days to identify suspicious vehicles that have entered our neighborhood. The database allows a scan of a specific day, time, vehicle type and color, and license plate number. This information can be accessed directly by IMPD when a report is filed. Additionally, IMPD can access our system if they have an all-points bulletin that includes a license plate number or car type. Dues for 2024 are $125.00. Please pay online if possible, as this greatly reduces the required administrative time.
