We sincerely appreciate the support the association received throughout 2024. Out of the 210 neighborhood residents, 139 joined the association this year. We hope to see all of you become members in 2024!

The annual cost of snow removal can exceed $4,500. To prepare for heavier-than-average snowfall, we maintain a reserve fund. Regarding security, cameras were installed at the neighborhood entrances of Avalon Hills five years ago. These cameras capture footage of all vehicles entering the community, including license plate numbers. In the event of an incident, such as a home invasion or another security concern, we can review the database for up to 30 days to identify potentially suspicious vehicles. The system allows searches by specific date, time, vehicle type, color, or license plate number. 

This information is accessible to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) upon the filing of a report. Additionally, IMPD can utilize our system to assist in investigations involving all-point bulletins that include vehicle details, such as a license plate number or car description.
